MEMORIES
• Independent scientist → Blackwatch → Oasis → Talon → Overwatch
• For most of my life, I followed whoever funded my research — but after discovering the atrocities Talon committed even against its own dedicated members, I had to leave.
• Olivia became my best friend in Talon, and remained so for ever more. We knew Amélie in Talon, but she did not become our friend until we all left or, in her case, escaped.
• After pleading with Akande that his organization was more of a conduit for abuse and terror than for global change, I thought I was getting nowhere. That would prove untrue as he one day disappeared... and soon showed up at my doorstep.
• I did a lot of making sure Genji didn't die during my time in Blackwatch. He begrudged my interference at the time, but later in life expressed his gratitude. We were thenceforth on good terms.
• Gabriel and I were close friends with a lot of complicated history. Namely, the implications of genetic alteration didn't truly sink in with him until I had done so. I was forgiven in time, though, as we picked up an old tradition of meeting annually to share a bottle of wine.
• I came off harsh to Mei-Ling when we first met, but she was such a good-natured spirit that she gave me a chance. It turned out to be a chance worth taking, as we then became friends.
• Winston became my friend by extension of Mei-Ling.
• I remember Siebren being my colleague — as well as Dr. Ziegler, but let's just say I wasn't exactly stopping by her office for coffee.

CANON CALL

• Sombra
• Widowmaker

MEMORIES
• I was shipwrecked in my canon. Possibly planewrecked, as I can't recall a reason I would have been on a ship.
• Willow was very hard to crack. She (understandably) was devastated by the crash and did not speak to anyone for a long time, despite being a part of our survival efforts.
• Wilson was very nervous and excitable, but often in a good way. He had a lot of knowledge about the natural world that he then tried to put into practice for the first time. Our shared love of knowledge brought us close — that, and being two adults stuck on an island together. He did a lot of rambling and I did a lot of listening.
• Maxwell was previously a selfish type who prioritized work above all else. I'm not sure what he used to do for a living, but he put up a lot of childish fits before accepting the reality of our situation. Charlie stuck by his side and was patient for most of it. They became dear group members as time passed.
• Wendy was a morose little girl. The main reason she warmed up to me was because I knew dark magic.
• I may recall more people with some exploration of my memories.
• We lived on the islands for a long time with no rescue — I believe two years. We all became extremely adept at the survival skills needed to make use of the islands' resources.
• Life before crashing: I was widowed in my mid-20s, a tragic event but one that made me realize I was marrying for the wrong reasons. I proceeded to focus on myself and my own self-fulfillment, including owning and training birds, taking up painting, and having a goal of opening my own bookstore. I discovered some magical forces, but didn't really know what to do with my newfound power.
• Life after crashing: The group of us were friends for life. Wilson and I lived together. We retained some of our survival habits, which were no longer necessary. Some faded away, others remained. I opened the bookstore of my dreams: small, but quaint, and very manageable.

CANON CALL
• Wilson
• Wendy
• Willow
• Maxwell
• Charlie
• Anyone else — I may remember you yet!

MEMORIES
• Yeah, my real name was really Lizbeth. I let people call me Liz or Beth if they thought they were friends with me, but my real friends called me Ashe.
• I had a decent upbringing. My parents didn't ignore or forget about me, but they sure were better at expressing wealth than emotions.
• "Deadlock" was kind of a joke, until it wasn't... we started out a bunch of teens rebelling, and well, you see how that turned out. Met some of the best people I ever knew there though.
• Do not touch my hat. My albino ass needs this wide brim. Glasses too, but I'm not sure if that's from being albino or watching too much TV.
• When I decided it was time for me to go out and do my own thing, B.O.B. came with me at first, but after a while it was clear to us that we wanted two different things. I was kinda like, well, you gotta live your life, n' I gotta live mine. So we parted ways for the most part, still kept in touch though.
• Don't remember how B.O.B. communicated, just know that he did.
• I had some tattoos, not just the Deadlock one but I also had a stick of dynamite with a lit fuse, and some roses that went up my leg to my hip and a little inward. Mostly ladies who ever caught a glimpse of that one though.
• I loved dressing nice and looking good! Sometimes butch, sometimes femme, always expensive-lookin'.

CANON CALL
All'a'y'all motherfuckers.

MEMORIES
• The feeling of movement. Grabbing, touching, looking, learning. The vastness of the sea. Changing colour and texture.
• The dark depths, the bright shallows.
• Being big. Being small. Hiding, running, walking, swimming, eating. Resting. Being content.
Clarification: "Genus" refers to all species of octopus. I have memories that are consistent with several different kinds of octopus, and feel connected to the entire genus.
